M Culinary Concepts in Phoenix, AZ is seeking to hire a fun and enthusiastic full-time HR Coordinator. Without our amazing HR team, that connects with all of the team members throughout they valley, we wouldn't be able to grow as a company.

Who are we?

You may know us as the largest (and best-no bias) catering company in the Southwest, M Culinary Concepts strives to create experiences that surpass expectations for all guests and clients. We LITERALLY bring the party to events that range from intimate social gatherings to upscale corporate functions and large event productions such as the Waste Management Open and Barrett-Jackson Automobile auction. In addition to events and parties, we manage cafes, vending machines, coffee stations, and venues throughout the valley.

A day in the life as a HR coordinator:

This position is ideal for someone who is excited to work with people coming into the HR office. Your desk will be located near the front door of the HR office so that you can greet all the employees and potential employees with a smile. You will work with onboarding new employees, guiding them through how to apply for jobs in our system, how to complete electronic new hire paperwork, and answering all their burning questions about the company. You will assist current employees with their passwords, printing pay stubs, getting them uniforms, handing out tips, and anything else they come up with to chat about. Our HR team meets weekly to discuss the previous week and the next weeks' priorities, which gives us a chance to ensure you get to do something you like.

In your spare time (wink wink) you will work on projects. We have lots of them going on and we are certain you will find something you are passionate about.

Work Schedule

This position is a Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm gig with a few recruiting weekends.
