M Culinary Concepts in Phoenix, AZ is searching for the next fun and enthusiastic Pizza Rebel! We are seeking a full-time Pizza Cook to work an early Mon-Fri shift in the 85040 ZIP CODE. No doubt about it, we know our way around a kitchen, but we are always on the lookout for people who love food as much as we do.

Day in the life?

Your day will consist of manning the Pizza station which will include preparing, working with a wood-fired oven, and planning food production to coordinate with breakfast and lunch, following standard recipes and special diet orders. Since you'll be in a kitchen, your day will also consist of operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all sanitation and food production codes. As your day wraps up, you'll have to make sure the kitchen and appliances are left clean and sanitized.

  • Valid food handlers card or certificate
  • Previous experience in cooking with a wood-fired oven is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail

Our business dining locations follow the on-site needs of the location.

Your typical schedule would be Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm
