The exciting, never-ending event Venue of West World is looking for a concession supervisor! If you enjoy working with people and food this may be the place for you!

We have several concession stands and are in need of a supervisor to lead the Front of House Teams as well as assist the manager with operations.

Position Essential Functions:

  • Assists and participate in the supervision in maintaining company's customer service and daily operational standards at WestWorld
  • Responsible to train cashiers in all front-end policies and procedures, including training of new cashiers and cross-training of other associates
  • Assist in communicating all information to cashiers regarding special promotions and sale items
  • Expedite front lines, direct flow of customers, and ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
  • Authorize and ensure the validity of customer returns, exchanges, check authorizations, and voids.
  • Oversee compliance of cashiers with established Company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales and record-keeping procedures.
  • Provide orderly maintenance of front-end equipment and supplies.
  • Accurately and efficiently ring up sales and accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers.
  • Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked.
  • Leads Concessions staff in the areas of workplace respect, driving change and influencing positive moral

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong ability to assess skills, effect change, and lead in high volume, fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of modern concession cooking techniques, menus, and trends
  • Experience in supporting and use of point of sales hardware and software
  • Flexible and available to work a variety of hours, including holidays, weekends and evenings
  • Be able to lift 50lbs + and in good physical condition
  • Advanced computer competency
  • Excellent oral communication and listening skills
  • Operate with a sense of teamwork and urgency
