Position overview - Driving a company cargo van or sprinter, delivering, and setting up food for Nibblers customers with a smile.

We are looking for candidates with food industry experience that are happy to work an event from start to finish. Seriously, you must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to professionally represent the company without supervision.

You should plan to work anytime or any day with all kinds of characters - including superheroes and villains ' so show us you're excited!

Our drivers are included in the monthly tip pool... so plan to earn even more than the hourly wage!

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Know what we do, how we do it and why people ask for us, ahead of every other catering company in town.
  • Operate vehicles in all kinds of traffic and weather conditions. You do know you're supposed to pull off to the side of the road in a Haboob right?
  • Meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the Nibbler himself. Who's that? He's kind of like Oz behind the curtain. You'll just have to wait and see.
  • Effectively plan and organize work activities without having your hand or any body part held.
  • Maintain ongoing inter-department communications (no, shadow puppets don't count) related to routing, safety, and customer relations.
  • Have some previous server or catering experience. Go ahead, we dare you to balance 50 plates and your pet cat on your index finger all while asking a client if they "want a lime with that?" WITH a smile.
  • Treat people well and sort out problems ' all on your own.

Essential Duties:

  • Deliver product within assigned route schedules. Immediately inform management team of any deviations because if there's anything we're not big fans of, it's deviants.
  • Perform additional, random and seemingly pointless (but important) jobs around the warehouse.
  • Always utilize safe working practices and immediately advises all partners if someone else on the team isn't. This is not tattling. It just feels like it.
  • Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including but not limited, to hand cart, pallets, light-sabers, kitchen equipment and personal protective equipment.
  • Be a neat freak - borderline OCD even better ' whether that's your vehicle, the warehouse, the yard and especially handling the food!
  • Attend all required company meetings because we will talk about you if you're not there.
